Delivery Hero is seeking a Growth Business Analyst for its HQ Global Growth Q-commerce team in Barcelona. You will translate data into actionable insights and drive growth levers in a fast-changing environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in data-driven roles, strong SQL and Looker experience, and excellent communication skills. This is an on-site position with opportunities for impact and career growth.

• Expert in Google Sheets / Excel.
• Expert in SQL strongly preferred.
• Data-driven mentality: makes decisions based on data.
• Curious attitude and eager to learn.
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business/Analytics/Engineering or similar.
• Experience with Looker or similar tools; querying languages is a plus.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication, visualization & storytelling skills.

• Understand growth levers and optimise strategy across pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, and CRM.
• Lead analysis and consolidation of learnings from growth experiments to guide decisions.
• Translate business challenges into insights and actions, driving end-to-end projects.

Job Description

We are looking for a world-class Growth Business Analyst to become part of our HQ Global Growth Q-commerce team. Are you able to translate data into actionable insights? THE JOURNEY

• Have a 360 understanding of all Glovo growth levers and optimise their strategy for the Q-commerce business (pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, Comms)
• Be a part of the implementation and execution of the strategies defined in all Glovo markets
• Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on the different Growth experiments to be able to provide clear guidance on what worked, what did not work and what could be improved
• Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team challenge the status quo and make the right decisions
• Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights, actions and results
• Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, increase frequency and retention rates and maximise profitability
• Work directly with Glovo leaders (VPs, Growth directors, …)
• Have an active role in the expansion of the Glovo Q-commerce rocket.

Qualifications

• * Expert in Google sheets / Excel.
• * Expertise in SQL strongly preferred
• * Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgement when necessary
• * Curious attitude and eager to learn
• * Fluent in English
• * 3-5 years of prior experience in fast-paced data-driven environment
• * Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
• * Experience in Looker or similar tools as well as interest in other querying languages is a plus
• * Strong project management skills
• * Great communication, visualisation & storytelling skills
• * Curious attitude and eager to learn
