Philip Morris International is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Hybrid Madrid team. You will translate complex business questions into data-driven insights, building dashboards and analytical solutions across functions.

You will partner with stakeholders, model data in Power BI, and work with SQL and Snowflake to deliver actionable outcomes. Strong communication in English is required to share insights with technical and non-technical audiences.

Formación

• 3+ years in business analytics or BI.
• Advanced Power BI with data modelling.
• Strong SQL and large data handling.
• English communication skills.

Senior Data Analyst

Location: Madrid, Spain

Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

The Opportunity

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will bridge business strategy and analytics by translating complex business challenges into data-driven insights and solutions.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, uncover trends, develop dashboards and analytical products, and enable better, faster, and more informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related fields.
• Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development and data modelling.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar cloud-based analytics environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Experience translating business questions into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with advanced or predictive analytics using Python, R, or similar programming languages.
