Schwarz Gruppe seeks a Tech Lead to direct the cross‑platform design system and guide a multidisciplinary engineering team in Barcelona. You will shape architectural decisions, ensure accessible frontend and mobile solutions, and oversee release processes across CI/CD pipelines.

You will drive squad velocity, align with Product Owners, and foster collaboration across Schwarz Digits and the wider Schwarz Group while championing scalable design systems and digital sovereignty.

Formación

• 3+ years directly managing software engineering teams.
• Experience across frontend and mobile technologies (React, React Native, Swift, Kotlin).
• Ability to influence decisions and foster collaboration across multiple teams.

• Lead the cross-platform design system and architectural decisions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Drive squad velocity and monitor sprint KPIs with Product Owner alignment.
• Embed accessibility standards (WCAG, native mobile) into core components.
• Oversee app release lifecycles, store submissions, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane).
• Demonstrate leadership and people development.
• Foster collaboration and influence through strong communication.
• Frontend and mobile technologies: React, React Native, Swift/iOS, Kotlin/Android.

• Design system knowledge or experience with component libraries.

In this role you will lead the technical direction for our cross-platform design system while guiding a multidisciplinary engineering team. You will ensure accessible, high-quality frontend and mobile solutions, oversee release processes, and balance delivery with technical debt. You contribute to agile, secure software delivery within Schwarz Digits and the wider Schwarz Group, shaping a scalable design system used across teams.
