Your Tasks

• As a Squad Tech Lead, you will be involved throughout the lifecycle of the software development team with particular responsibility in the leading of new products and deployment in Azure and AKS.
• You will be responsible for leading and motivating the development team, showing a great ability to direct Squad products and people. You'll be involved in definition of the new architecture and technical decisions.
• Working in a completely agile environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams composed by QA's, designers, and product owners, as well as a high-performance team.
• To be responsible for proposing new ideas and the improvement of the existing practices in the software development.
• To communicate effectively and respectfully to all members of the organization.
• To generate and spread a culture of quality throughout the company building a high quality software.
• You’ll be responsible for the development of the product you will participate in.

Your Profile

• Experience leading teams.
• Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 3+ year experience as .NET Core Developer.
• 3+ year experience with Azure.
• Proven experience in object-oriented software development.
• Proven experience using Relational BBDD and NoSQL.
• Proven experience with XUnit and Integration Tests.
• Proven experience leading teams and manage people.
• Proficiency in .NET
