Q-Tech is seeking a Squad Tech Lead to guide a cross-platform design system and mobile apps (iOS/Android/React Native). This hybrid role blends engineering leadership with tech- lead responsibilities, focusing on vision, decision-making and people development rather than hands-on coding, as the team already includes senior engineers.

You will own technical direction, manage a multidisciplinary team, align delivery with product goals, and embed WCAG accessibility standards across components while

Formación

• 3+ years directly managing software engineering teams.
• Solid technical judgment across frontend/mobile technologies (React, React Native, Swift/iOS, Kotlin/Android).
• Proven experience making technical decisions in complex environments with no single clear-cut answer.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams and business stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Own critical technical decisions for a cross-platform design system, helping the team evaluate trade-offs and balance technical debt against user and developer experience.
• Manage, coach and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team (ongoing feedback, 1-on-1s, development plans).
• Drive squad delivery alongside the Product Owner, balancing velocity, quality and business alignment.
• Embed accessibility standards into component design (WCAG, native iOS/Android frameworks).
• Oversee mobile release lifecycles and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Fastlane).
