UST is seeking a Reporting Specialist (strong SQL) to join our Madrid-based hybrid team. You will develop and maintain reports using Dataiku, Tableau, Oracle databases, and Trino, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely insights for banking-related data.

The role emphasizes data governance, process improvement, and clear communication with non-technical audiences, along with a flexible work setup in Madrid.

Formación

• Proven experience in report development and data extraction with advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, subqueries, and query optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with Dataiku for data preparation, workflow automation, and analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems, including customer onboarding, account management, and transaction data.
• Excellent requirements‑gathering and stakeholder management skills, with a consultative and customer‑focused approach.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration and knowledge‑sharing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate, timely, and reliable ad hoc and recurring reports to support internal business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, gather specifications, and manage expectations.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using data from T24, CRM/CLM, KYC platforms, Oracle databases, and the Global Data Platform (Trino).
• Analyze, extract, transform, and present complex datasets in a clear and actionable format.
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards, including data quality, integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and existing reporting solutions in collaboration with business and IT teams.
• Document reporting logic, processes, and dependencies, while supporting knowledge sharing within the team.
• Act as a key point of contact for report-related inquiries and reporting support.
