SAMY Iberia is seeking a Social Media Supervisor to lead strategic planning, execution, and performance optimization of SAMY’s social channels in the beauty space. You will drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, while bridging creative strategy with data analytics.

You will lead teams, manage cross-functional workflows, and ensure operational excellence across all platforms, with a hybrid work model in Madrid.

Formación

• Proven track record leading end-to-end social media strategy across multiple platforms.
• Experience mentoring teams and optimizing workflows to ensure high creative standards.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs and campaign testing.
• Deep knowledge of beauty trends and consumer engagement.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement cross-platform social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Supervise the social media team and optimize daily workflows for efficiency.
• Oversee content creation of viral, trend-driven posts (reels, stories, posts).
• Drive influencer partnerships while collaborating with PR, Marketing and Product teams.
• Monitor metrics and use insights to improve ROI and engagement.
• Maintain brand integrity and guide community management across channels.

Role Mission

As Social Media Supervisor, you will lead the strategic planning, execution, and performance optimization of SAMY’s social channels. You will drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through trend-responsive storytelling in the beauty space while bridging creative strategy with data analytics. This role requires leading teams, managing cross-functional workflows, and ensuring operational excellence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive, cross-platform social media strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) aligned with brand goals.
• Team Leadership & Workflow: Supervise and mentor the social media team, optimizing daily workloads and team processes to ensure high creative standards and operational efficiency.
• Content Innovation & Trend Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and execution of viral, trend-driven content (reels, stories, posts) tailored to the beauty industry.
• Cross-Functional & Partner Management: Drive strategic influencer partnerships while collaborating closely with PR, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign performance, and leverage data-backed insights to continuously optimize ROI and engagement.
• Brand Integrity & Community Engagement: Maintain strict brand consistency across channels while guiding community management tactics and customer interactions.

Skills & Experience

• Multi-Platform Leadership: Proven track record leading end-to-end social media strategy and content execution across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Team & Workflow Supervision: Demonstrated capability in supervising team members, optimizing operational workflows, and managing external influencer relationships.
• Data-Driven Analytics: Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking social KPIs, interpreting metrics, and running continuous campaign testing.
• Beauty Industry Acumen: Deep domain knowledge of current beauty trends, viral digital content strategies, and consumer engagement behavior.
• Cross-Functional Communication: Exceptional project management and communication skills; fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
