Playtomic is seeking an enthusiastic Sponsorships Intern to join the Global Partnerships team in Madrid. You will support day-to-day management of brand partnerships, helping bring sponsorship campaigns and activations to life across markets.

You will create proposals, coordinate activations, prepare reports, and assist partner communications, gaining hands-on experience in how sponsorships are built within a leading sports tech company.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a University or Business School with eligibility to sign an internship agreement for 6 months.
• Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, Sports Management, or related field.
• Ability to design compelling presentations (PowerPoint/Canva) that tell a persuasive story.
• Commercial drive with proactive attitude toward sports marketing and brand partnerships.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage logistics for events and multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Scouting & Research: identify potential brand partners across industries aligned with Playtomic’s values.
• Pitch Deck Creation: support the creation of high-impact sales presentations and tailored proposals.
• Sponsorship Activation: assist in on-site brand activations, tournaments, and events.
• Reporting & Analysis: monitor performance and help prepare post-campaign reports for partners.
• Admin Support: help manage the partnership database and communicate with market leads.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and business-oriented Sponsorships Intern to join our Global Partnerships team. Your mission will be to support the day-to-day management of some of Playtomic's biggest brand partnerships, helping bring sponsorship campaigns and activations to life across multiple markets.

From creating proposals for global brands to coordinating activations, preparing reports, and supporting partner communications, you’ll gain first-hand experience in how sponsorships are built inside one of the world's leading sports tech companies.

What you’ll be doing

• Scouting & Research: Identify potential brand partners (B2B) across different industries that align with Playtomic’s values and audience.
• Pitch Deck Creation: Support the creation of high-impact sales presentations and tailored proposals for top-tier brands.
• Sponsorship Activation: Assist in the logistical execution of on-site brand activations, tournaments, and events to ensure our partners' visibility is maximized.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor the performance of active sponsorships and help prepare post-campaign reports and metrics for our partners, visual reports …
• Admin Support: Help manage the partnership database and maintain clear communication with local market leads regarding global brand initiatives.

Who you’ll be playing with

You will work closely with the Global Partnerships Managers, the Marketing team, and the Local Market leads across Europe and beyond.

Our Ideal "Player"

• University Agreement (Mandatory): Currently enrolled in a University or Business School and eligible to sign an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) for 6 months.
• Academic Background: Degree in Business Administration (ADE), Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Visual & Creative Skills: Ability to design compelling presentations (PowerPoint/Canva) that tell a persuasive story.
• Commercial Drive: Proactive attitude with a natural curiosity for the world of sports marketing and brand partnerships.
• Organized & Detailed: Helping the team handle logistics for events and multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
• Experience: Valuable some previous experiences in similar roles. Knowledge in sport events, sponsors …
• Fluent English and Spanish: Excellent communication skills in both languages are a must.
• Sports Enthusiast: Passionate about sports (extra points if you are a padel or tennis player!).
