Responsibilities

• Manage Customer Orderbook and performance for Spares & Repair processes.
• Act as Airbus focal point at customer facilities ensuring proper management of Spares & Repairs within the C3 contract.
• Monitor OD KPIs and analyse data to improve overall performance.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation actions with operational teams.
• Lead meetings with customers and OD teams to align actions and priorities.
• Provide clear orderbook status reporting and status updates to stakeholders.
• Support process definition to optimize OD performance and address issues.
• Ensure compliance and integrity in all customer interactions.
