Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU seeks a professional to ensure demand anticipation for aircraft maintenance events. You will forecast material supply/repair, build BOMs for future events, and monitor BOM accuracy against real consumption to improve availability.

Responsibilities include defining processes and KPIs to manage spares stock and repairable items, with fluency in English and strong data analytics. Hybrid working when possible and a competitive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Physics.
• Understanding of Aircraft Maintenance environment.
• Strong knowledge in Supply-Chain and logistics (APICs, Logistics certs); experience in Inventory Management is appreciated.
• Advanced data handling with Excel and Access.
• SAP R/3 (Logistic-Production) expert level; production, planning, inventory and PO management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; identify root causes and propose solutions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full performance of demand anticipation for aircraft maintenance events.
• Forecast material supply/repair based on technical publications requirements.
• Analyze material data from historical events to build knowledge database."
• Develop a BOM generation method/algorithm for future maintenance events.
• Evaluate BOM accuracy against actual consumption to improve material prediction and availability.
• Define internal processes and KPIs to manage spares stock and repairable items.
