Airbus Helicopters España, S.A. is seeking a senior focal point for spares and material support to manage orders and ensure timely deliveries in a multinational environment. The role emphasizes coordination across departments and with external suppliers to meet customer expectations.

The candidate will oversee provisioning plans, analyse data discrepancies, and maintain readiness of material for delivery, while contributing to continuous improvement in service quality.

Formación

• Customer Oriented & Material Support Experience

• Capacity to welcome problems and put in place corrective actions

Responsabilidades

• Act as AHE Focal Point for spares orders towards Customer and NHI
• Manage customer orders for spares and AGEs
• Perform contract piloting and report contract status to CSM
• Be in close contact with customers to anticipate needs and satisfy commitments
• Coordinate with DPC CLM in NHI to ensure spares deliveries
• Coordinate with NH90 Spare Manager to monitor deliveries and support
