Formación

• Fluent in Spanish (C1) and proficient in English.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers.
• Assist with product inquiries and sales support.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and aftersales service.
• Support customers with orders, warranties, and repairs.

Conocimientos

Spanish language proficiency C1 or higher
