Next Job Abroad is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist to join their team in Greece. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, assist with inquiries, and provide a premium customer experience. Previous customer service experience and proficiency in Spanish (C1 or higher) are required. Formación

• Must speak Spanish at C1 level or higher.
• Experience in customer service is required.
• Basic knowledge of English is also needed.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking retail customers.
• Assist with product inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
• Provide support for orders and warranties.

Conocimientos

Spanish language proficiency C1 or higher

Good English language skills

Previous customer service experience

Comfortable using multiple applications and browser tabs

Affinity for technology and technical products

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
