Job summary

Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Dutch Speaking Search Engine Customer Expert to join our client’s team in Greece. You will provide high-level technical support for search engine services, troubleshooting queries, and guiding users in Dutch.

You will work on-site in Athens, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet KPIs for customer satisfaction and resolution times. A valid EU passport is mandatory, and relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

Must be native or fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
On-site role in Greece with relocation support.
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality technical assistance to Dutch-speaking users of search engine services.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex inquiries related to search functionality and digital advertising tools.
Maintain understanding of IT platforms and search algorithms to guide users accurately.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical system issues.
Document interactions and findings in the CRM system to improve service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with IT service standards.
Meet KPIs related to customer satisfaction and resolution time.
