Upwork is seeking Spanish-speaking coding experts with JSON expertise to support evaluation and improvement of AI-generated audio responses. The project starts immediately and runs for 2–3 months, with potential extension for additional work beyond the initial period.

Responsibilities include live, real-time conversation participation, reviewing transcripts, evaluating AI responses using rubrics, and ensuring language quality, technical accuracy, and proper JSON structure. Remote, flexible hours.

Formación

• Pass a basic JSON/computational concepts assessment (uncompensated).
• Fluency in Spanish at CEFR C1/C2 level and ability to articulate judgments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to justify decisions in writing.
• Experience evaluating transcripts and ensuring correct JSON formatting.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems.
• Review and label conversation transcripts for quality and accuracy.
• Evaluate AI responses using structured rubrics and provide written justifications.
• Assess language quality, customer experience, and technical accuracy of responses.
• Capture session artifacts and verify environment setup before sessions.
