Lifted, an Upwork Company™, seeks Spanish-speaking JSON & Coders to evaluate and improve AI-generated audio responses. Immediate start for 2–3 months with potential extension. You will review transcripts, ensure JSON accuracy, and provide justified evaluations across real-time conversations.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish, adept at JSON structures, and capable of distinguishing clear, helpful, and technically accurate outputs under project guidelines.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2) for evaluation and communication.
• Strong JSON knowledge for reading, validating, and troubleshooting structures.
• Experience in reviewing transcripts and labeling data for quality assessments.
• Ability to assess language quality, user experience, and technical accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems.
• Review and label conversation transcripts for quality and compliance.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses using structured rubrics and provide written justifications.
• Assess responses for language quality, customer experience, technical accuracy, formatting, and JSON structure.
• Capture required session artifacts, including recordings, Session IDs, and tool-call/console logs.
