Lifted, an Upwork Company, seeks Spanish-speaking JSON & Coders to evaluate AI-generated audio responses. You will participate in live sessions, review transcripts, and judge responses against strict rubrics for language, technical accuracy, and JSON structure.

Ideal candidates have strong Spanish fluency and solid JSON expertise. This contract runs 2-3 months with potential extension, and tasks are flexible in scheduling.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• Strong grasp of JSON structure and formatting.
• Excellent attention to detail for evaluating AI outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems.
• Review and label conversation transcripts.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses using structured rubrics and provide justification.
• Assess responses for language quality, customer experience, technical accuracy, formatting, and JSON structure.
• Capture required session artifacts (Session IDs, tool-call/console logs) and prepare environment before sessions.
