Lifted, an Upwork Company, seeks Spanish-speaking JSON evaluators to support AI audio response evaluation. You will participate in live conversations, review transcripts, and assess responses for language quality and technical accuracy, with emphasis on correct JSON structure.

Training includes a 15-minute computation concepts assessment with no compensation. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, native-level Spanish, and the ability to validate JSON formatting across

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Strong JSON knowledge and ability to read/validate JSON.
• Experience reviewing and labeling transcripts or chat content is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Participating in live, real-time conversational scenarios with AI systems
• Reviewing and labeling conversation transcripts
• Evaluating AI-generated responses using structured rubrics and providing written justifications
• Assessing responses for language quality, customer experience, technical accuracy, formatting, and JSON structure
• Capturing required session artifacts, including recordings, Session IDs, and tool-call/console logs - Environment preparation and tool verification before each session.
