Ideal candidates are native Spanish, proficient in English, passionate about Gaming & Esports, and ready for full relocation with a comprehensive package, including paid training, health insurance, and a signing bonus.

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
• Strong command of English for professional collaboration.
• Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and its ecosystem.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support-oriented environment is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social media channels.
• Ensure an exceptional user experience by resolving game-related inquiries with accuracy and speed.
