Mercier Consultancy Group in Sofia is seeking a Spanish Speaking Player Support Specialist to join a dynamic Gaming & Esports team. You will handle player inquiries via chat, email, and social channels, delivering accurate, friendly support while maintaining high quality standards.

Formación

Native Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong English for collaboration
Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports industry
EU passport (valid)
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience in customer service is a plus

Responsabilidades

Provide high-quality technical and account support to players via chat, email, and social channels
Resolve game-related inquiries with accuracy and speed to ensure a great user experience
Represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in the Gaming & Esports community
Stay updated on game releases, patches, and tournaments to assist players
Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends or issues on the gaming platform
Promote a positive, inclusive environment for global gamers
Contribute to internal knowledge base to improve support workflows
