Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a motivated Spanish-speaking customer support professional for an on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria. The position offers relocation support, comprehensive training, health insurance, and a clear career path within an internationally recognised organisation.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Spanish with good English, have customer service or call centre exposure, and are eager to deliver excellent service while navigating CRM tools.

Formación

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) for work in Bulgaria.
• EU passport required for employment eligibility.
• Good working knowledge of English is advantageous for internal communication and training.
• Previous experience in customer support or call centre roles is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and ability to navigate CRM systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality customer support to Spanish-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
• Identify and resolve inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and empathetically.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM platform.
• Collaborate with technical support and account management to resolve complex issues.
• Promote product knowledge and tailor solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, quality frameworks, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
• Relay recurring issues and feedback to supervisors for process improvements.
