• Provide detailed information on account features, security measures, and troubleshooting support
• Assist customers with account setup, fund transfers, and transaction issues
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently, maintaining a high level of satisfaction
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues
