Language Bear in Barcelona is seeking experienced editors fluent in Spanish (Spain) to refine content for civil engineering, smart tech, and cybersecurity sectors. You will ensure readability, accuracy, and consistency across translations, guided by project briefs and quality standards.

Work is remote with flexible hours; you will collaborate with a project manager and a network of writers to deliver precise, well-structured texts on tight deadlines. Samples required, English CV preferred.

Formación

• Native Spanish (Spain) speaker required.
• Experience editing civil engineering, smart tech / IoT, and cybersecurity texts with work samples.
• Flawless writing with zero tolerance for mistakes.
• Ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions.
• Structured, methodical approach to work and following guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Edit content related to civil engineering, smart tech / IoT, and cybersecurity niches.
• Check readability, style, citations, grammar, punctuation and formatting; ensure quality in translations.
• Compare translated content with source to ensure accuracy.
• Provide constructive feedback to project manager when requirements aren’t met.
• Coordinate with the project manager for guidelines and support.
