Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Spanish Language Specialist for a fully remote, part-time role. You will write expert-level prompts in Spanish, apply guidelines to classify content, and flag sensitive phrasing, while documenting your reasoning. You will work asynchronously with AI research teams to improve model safety and content handling.

Requirements include native or near-native Spanish, business-level English, and a Bachelor's degree. Based in Spain or Western Europe is preferred.

Position: Bilingual Spanish Generalist Expert — AI Safety
Type: Contract
Compensation: $43–$47/hour
Location: Remote

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish. Business-level written English.
