Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced lawyers fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic Spanish legal tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics reflecting Spain's civil, commercial, or employment law practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal practice.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Practicing in Spain, ideally a member of a Spanish bar association (colegiado), with deep knowledge of Spanish civil, commercial or employment law.
