Mercor is seeking experienced lawyers fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics grounded in Spanish civil, commercial, or employment law.

Details: remote, about 21 hours per week, hourly pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19, open to practitioners in Spain.

Qualifications

• Experienced in legal practice.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Practicing in Spain, ideally a member of a Spanish bar association (colegiado).
