Mercor is seeking experienced scientists and engineers fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will build workspaces, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real stem work as it's done in Spain.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience as a scientist or engineer in research or industry (master's or PhD a plus).
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Comfortable with quantitative analysis, technical documentation and data-heavy problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks.
• Build workspaces and files, write prompts and create grading rubrics.
