Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced lawyers who are native or fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks in the Spanish legal context. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and develop grading rubrics based on real Spain-law work, while operating remotely.

The role is part-time (about 21 hours per week) with an hourly engagement, running a pilot from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal practice.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Practicing in Spain, ideally a member of a Spanish bar association (colegiado), with deep knowledge of Spanish civil, commercial or employment law.

Responsibilities
