Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced physicians who are native or fluent in Spanish to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic medical tasks in Spain. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real medicine practice in Spain.

This remote pilot runs about 21 hours per week, with an hourly compensation. You will align with SNS guidelines and MIR-trained practices, contributing to high-fidelity simulations for clinical decision-making.

Qualifications

• Clinical practice experience required.
• Fluent or native Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a Spanish institution.
• Licensed physician in Spain (colegiado) after MIR residency; familiar with SNS protocols.
