Mercor is seeking a Corporate/M&A Lawyer to support a remote, project-based engagement in Spain. The position requires strong Spanish corporate law experience and the ability to work independently to a rubric and deadlines, with a ~10-hour commitment.

Compensation is $140–$150 per hour on a contract basis. Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years of law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice and are qualified to practise in Spain, fluent in Spanish with precise written communication.

• Primarily law-firm experience in corporate/M&A or transactional practice (2+ years, 3+ preferred).
• Qualified to practise in Spain with knowledge of Spanish corporate and commercial law.
• Native or fluent Spanish with precise written communication.
• Able to work independently to a rubric and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Run the same set of prompts across two AI (LLM) platforms.
• Compare outputs from both platforms side by side.
• Score each response against a standardized rubric provided by Mercor.
• Submit concise written feedback for every evaluation.

Qualifications
