XARXA DE TRANSMISSIONS SANTIAGO SL is seeking a Project Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of our gambling platform across regulated markets. You will work with IT, Legal, Product, Operations, and external providers to ensure new features, integrations, and platform changes meet regulatory requirements and are delivered on time.

The role combines project management, technical compliance, QA validation, and operational follow-up in a highly regulated environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in technical compliance, project management, QA or consulting.
• Experience in iGaming or other highly regulated industries preferred.
• Ability to coordinate IT, Legal, Product and Operations with external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Support Head of Technical Compliance in ensuring platform regulatory and technical standards are met and changes incorporated into project lifecycle.
• Communicate requirements clearly; set priorities across teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure platform changes are implemented and documented properly.
• Write clear user stories and requirements for the IT team: Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases.
• Review work by development team; perform QA validation and functional testing of new developments.
• Follow up on incidents, technical issues, and project timelines.
• Analyze and reconcile data reported to regulators.
• Work with certification labs on platform integration certification and audits in regulated markets.
• Collaborate with external providers (gaming platform provider, PSPs) and internal teams.

We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our Technical Compliance team, supporting the implementation of new features, integrations, and platform improvements in close coordination with our IT, Product, and Operations teams.

Location

• Valencia, Spain - On-site position (Monday–Friday)

Role overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the development and continuous improvement of our gambling platform across regulated markets.

You will work closely with IT, Legal, Product, Operations, and external providers to ensure that new features, integrations, and platform changes meet applicable regulatory requirements and are delivered correctly and on time.

The role combines project management, technical compliance, QA validation, and operational follow-up in a highly regulated environment.

This position would be particularly suitable for someone with experience in project management, QA, technical compliance, or an IT/business environment, together with strong organisational and analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Technical Compliance in ensuring that the gambling platform complies with applicable regulatory and technical standards and that regulatory changes are incorporated into the project lifecycle.
• Provide effective communication: the project coordinator must communicate requirements clearly and concisely. They must set priorities across teams to ensure project goals are met on time.
• Help ensure that platform changes are properly implemented and documented.
• Write clear and detailed user stories and requirements for the IT team: create and maintain Epics, Stories, Use and Edge Cases.
• Review and approve the work done by the development team: perform QA validation and functional testing of new developments.
• Follow up on incidents, technical issues, and project timelines.
• Analyse and reconcile data reported to regulators.
• Work with certification laboratories on platform integration certification and audit processes in regulated markets.
• Work closely with external providers (gaming platform provider, PSPs) and internal teams.

Requirements

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in technical compliance, project management, QA or consulting, ideally in iGaming or other highly regulated industries.

Communication Skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Portuguese or Russian is a plus.

Skills

• General understanding of software development and testing processes.
• Experience with Jira, QA testing, APIs, and Postman is a plus

Analytical Skills

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Identify and analyse information to solve problems and make logical decisions.
