Job summary

The Mill Adventure Limited in Málaga/Andalucía is seeking a Technical Compliance Specialist to oversee regulatory alignment across markets and ensure our gaming platform meets technical standards. You will work across teams to implement compliant solutions in a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities include researching regulations, conducting gap assessments, translating regulatory needs into engineering tasks, and liaising with regulators as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in a Technical Compliance role within iGaming.
• Experience in an ISO27001 compliant environment.
• Translate technical compliance elements into clear development requirements for engineering teams.
• Understand the iGaming business framework (B2B) and best practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Providing independent oversight and assurance to the business of compliance to technical requirements.
• Proactively researching technical requirements and regulations for new and existing markets and liaising with stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.
• Carrying out technical compliance gap assessments across jurisdictions and markets.
• Advising on interpretation of regulations and implementing technical solutions/products.
• Maintaining contact with product development and 3rd party B2B suppliers.
• Ensuring products are technically compliant in the jurisdictions where we operate.
• Interacting with Regulators on technical compliance matters and reporting as required.
• Continuously assessing product compliance risks and scheduling compliance tasks.
• Proposing compliant technical solutions and driving their implementation.
