Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking Customer Care Specialists fluent in Spanish and Galician to join an international team for a 12-month contract. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, supporting account, billing, and technical questions.

The role requires Spanish & Galician fluency at C1/C2 and English at B1, with a customer-focused attitude and flexibility for rotating shifts. Company accommodation and health insurance are offered.

Formación

Are you fluent in Spanish & Galicianand passionate about entertainment, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our international team on the 16th of November in Lisbon, supporting customers of one of the world’s leading global streaming platforms.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries while providing a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galicianvia phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish & Galician(C1/C2 level).

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.

• Base Salary: €1391.83 month
