Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to support Spanish and Galician-speaking customers for a major streaming platform. You will be the first point of contact for account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, and technical issues, delivering friendly and professional service.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and Galician (C1/C2) and good English (B1). It offers a 12-month contract, full-time (40 hours/week) with 8-hour shifts on a rotating

Are you fluent in Spanish & Galicianand passionate about entertainment, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our international team on the 16th of November in Lisbon, supporting customers of one of the world’s leading global streaming platforms.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries while providing a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galicianvia phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish & Galician(C1/C2 level).

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
