Job summary

CB Talents SP seeks a dedicated Customer Support professional to join its international team serving a leading digital entertainment platform from Lisbon. You will handle account management, billing inquiries, and technical troubleshooting while delivering accurate product information.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Castilian Spanish with English at least B1, tech-savvy, and able to work a 24/7 rotating schedule. Housing accommodation is available for eligible staff, with healthcare from day one.

• Total package: €1,259.33/month
• Total gross cash compensation: €1,059.33/month
• Furnished room in a company-rented shared apartment
• Eligible housing expenses such as utilities and internet covered
• Without Company Accommodation
• Total gross package: €1,262.33/month
• Both options include:
• Meal allowance: €154/month based on 22 working days
• Holiday & Christmas allowances
• Health insurance from day one of the employment contract

Who We're Looking For

• Full fluency in Castilian Spanish
• English B1 or higher
• Plus one of the following language combinations:
• Castilian + Basque
• Castilian + Catalan & Valencian
• Castilian + Galician
• Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must reside in mainland Portugal
