Tavrion Dynamics is hiring a Customer Care Specialist to support Spanish and Catalan-speaking customers in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for account, subscription, and technical inquiries, delivering a friendly and professional experience.

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and be able to work in Lisbon. The role offers a full-time schedule with rotating shifts, health insurance, and potential company accommodation.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish & Catalan at advanced level (C1/C2).
• Good English communication at B1 level.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and tech tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Spanish and Catalan via phone, email, and online channels.
• Assist customers with accounts, subscriptions, payments, and technical queries.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer clear, effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed.

Are you fluent in Spanish & Catalan and passionate about entertainment, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We’re looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our international team on the 16th of November in Lisbon, supporting customers of one of the world’s leading global streaming platforms.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries while providing a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.

Please note: You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Catalan via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Spanish & Catalan (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

Contract & Working Conditions

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.

• Base Salary: €1391.83 month
