SharkNinja in Madrid is seeking a CRM specialist to design and execute engaging campaigns across email and mobile, optimizing the customer lifecycle from prospecting to re-engagement. You’ll collaborate with design and content teams to deliver personalized communications and leverage data to boost engagement and repeat purchases.

The role requires 1+ years in CRM, Spanish fluency, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of HTML and Liquid to tailor messages.

Formación

• 1+ years' experience in a CRM role, with an emphasis on engagement and optimization.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Organized and able to manage several different projects at once.
• Task-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines and prioritize.
• Detail-oriented with a good eye for creative design.
• Understanding of HTML and Liquid to personalize communications.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across functions.
• Interested in digital, loyalty, and CRM trends.
• Numerate, data-driven, and able to derive insights to improve performance.
• Calm under pressure and able to build stakeholder relationships.
• Experience building emails using Listrak (ESP) is preferred but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Spanish eCommerce team by building and scheduling CRM campaigns.
• Create automated lifecycle campaigns across markets (retargeting, cross-selling, reactivation).
• Deliver personalized communications to reach the right audience at the right time.
• Explore data opportunities to support market growth and penetration.
• Work with designers to produce engaging content and ensure frictionless customer experience.
• Segment audiences to optimize message delivery and performance.
• Analyze audience insights and identify optimization opportunities.
• Report on CRM KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proofread, test, and amend creatives as needed.
