Job summary

Welocalize is seeking a motivated translator to deliver high-quality translations across marketing, help, UI, and regulated content in a remote, virtual team. You will work with CAT tools, follow client guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement through error analysis.

Requirements include a university degree in Translation/Applied Languages, native Spanish and Catalan, fluent English, and up to 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• University degree in Translation/Applied Languages/Linguistic Studies or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in translation or creating easy-to-read texts.
• Native fluency in Spanish and Catalan; fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Perform translations in one or more translation tools for assigned clients and projects.
• Translate various content types: marketing, help, UI, or regulated content.
• Support the team with copy-edit tasks on selected content types.
• Master standard CAT tools and tools for translation work.
• Follow established translation process and client style guides.
• Participate in internal trainings and client reviews; meet KPIs.
