Mercor is seeking a bilingual Spanish Generalist Expert on AI Safety for a remote, contract role. You will craft expert-level prompts in Spanish across sensitive topics and apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.

You will flag adversarial phrasing, document reasoning, and work independently to support model safety while collaborating with AI research teams to improve handling of sensitive content.

Formación

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• Business-level written English.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsabilidades

• Write expert-level prompts in Spanish across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Work independently and asynchronously to ensure model safety and accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model handling of sensitive topics.
