Mercor is seeking a Bilingual Spanish STEM Expert (PhD) for AI Safety. This remote contract role involves writing expert-level prompts in Spanish across specialized scientific topics and evaluating model responses for scientific accuracy and safe handling of dual-use content.

You will apply structured guidelines to classify prompts, work independently and asynchronously, and collaborate with AI research teams to ensure depth and accuracy in model outputs.

Formación

• PhD in chemistry, biology, or a related field.
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and business-level written English.
• Familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques.
• Sound judgment in scientific safety and responsible handling of dual-use information.
