Obsidian is seeking PhD-level scientists fluent in English and Spanish to help make advanced AI models safer. You will write expert prompts in Spanish and assess model outputs for accuracy, helpfulness, and responsible handling of sensitive content.

No prior AI/ML experience is required—we will train you in the workflow. Preference for candidates based in Spain or Western Europe with deep laboratory or computational expertise.

Formación

• PhD level scientists with depth to write prompts across chemical, biological, or radiological topics.
• Native or near-native Spanish; business-level written English.
• Deep familiarity with modern laboratory and computational techniques in the subfield.
• Sound judgment around scientific safety and dual-use information handling.

Responsabilidades

• Write expert-level prompts in Spanish across specialized scientific topics.
• Evaluate and annotate model responses for scientific accuracy, helpfulness, and safe handling of content.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
