Job summary

Jefo is seeking a Territory Manager / Sales Representative for Spain to own revenue targets across swine and broiler segments. You will prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts, while growing existing producer relationships through regular farm visits and on-farm demonstrations.

You will report to the Sales Manager – Spain and collaborate with regional teams, using Jefo’s tiering and needs-based selling.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years minimum of sales or technical experience in animal feed, feed additive, or animal production industry.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken, written, and read); additional European languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory revenue target across swine and broiler species and Jefo's product programs.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert new accounts through structured pipeline management and on-farm engagement.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular farm visits and program expansions.
• Build and manage relationships with nutritionists, veterinarians, and premix manufacturers.
• Maintain CRM records and log all interactions within 24 hours of contact.
• Conduct on-farm technical demonstrations and deliver ROI-based value propositions.
