Elanco is seeking a Senior Sales Representative for the Murcia region. You will implement the sales strategy, manage clinics, pet shops, large accounts and distributors, and work to meet quarterly targets by promoting the Elanco brand across identified customers.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in animal health sales, strong business and presentation skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel up to 60-70% within Spain is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree level in life science or business.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in animal health, pet health focus.
• Spanish and English language proficiency (communicative level).
• Passion for animal health and food industry.
• Strong business, analytical and presentation skills.
• Leadership and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Execute Elanco sales strategy and plan to meet business goals.
• Manage veterinary clinics, petshops, large accounts and distributors.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets by promoting Elanco presence with customers.
• Develop locally appropriate strategy and brand plans to reach targets.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with customers, distributors and influencers.
• Lead distributor-level customer value selling programs and monitor efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to grow market share and plan accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive market intelligence and feedback to teams.
• Ensure CRM compliance and deliver sell-out in territory.
