Revolut in Spain seeks a Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth. You will oversee local campaigns, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that bring our features to life. You’ll partner with regional leadership and global marketing to ensure resonance and performance.

You’ll own audience strategy, messaging, and tone of voice for Spain, drive data-driven campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English (native level).
• 3+ years of creative experience in B2C marketing in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading regional marketing efforts for a global brand.
• Knowledge of fintech/payments landscape.
• Extensive experience developing stories and content to drive conversion.
• Experience setting strategic direction and managing complex campaigns with cross-functional input.
• Strong track record of planning and creating editorial and commercial content.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for campaign strategy and product development.
