Nextlane, based in Madrid, is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Ibéria local HR team as the on-site partner for Spain. You will manage day-to-day employee and labor relations, advise managers, and ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle, coordinating with the HR Lead Iberia and payroll partner.

Formación

• 6–8 years in HR Operations, HR Generalist or local HRBP roles.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and full HR lifecycle in Spain.
• Ability to interact with employee representatives and leadership with discretion.
• Fluent Spanish and professional English; Portuguese would be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the HR on-site contact for Spain and coordinate day-to-day employee relations (Comité de Empresa).
• Advise managers on HR policies, people matters, and liaise with the HR Lead Iberia.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle activities for Spain (Portugal as backup).
• Coordinate HR administration, policy documentation and local compliance training in Spain.
• Support payroll liaison and ensure alignment with local labor regulations.
