Skidata is seeking a senior financial leader to head the Finance function in Spain. The role ensures integrity of financial reporting, strong internal controls, and regulatory compliance while providing insights to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities span financial reporting, tax, treasury, audits, and transformation initiatives. Fluent Spanish and English are required, with experience in multinational organizations and leadership of finance teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Significant experience in finance leadership with accounting, reporting, controls, audits, compliance.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk management, and internal controls.
• Proven experience building and developing finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the finance function in Spain ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
• Oversee internal controls, risk, governance, and remediation plans from audits.
• Coordinate audit activities and responses with auditors and regulators.
• Maintain local tax compliance and statutory reporting.
• Manage treasury and cash flow, banking relationships, and controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analyses.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and system implementations.
• Develop and mentor finance managers and promote cross-functional collaboration.
