Maersk in Spain seeks a Financial Controlling & Reporting Manager to lead the accuracy, integrity, and transparency of financial information through robust controls, governance, and reporting processes.

You will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, support forecasting and budgeting, and partner with stakeholders across a multinational matrix to drive performance and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–20 years in financial control, reporting, accounting, audit, or finance business partnering in challenging environments.
• Proven people leadership experience including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Deep understanding of financial controls, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and disclosures.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Maintain and strengthen financial control frameworks for compliance with policies and standards.
• Review financial statements, P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working capital metrics.
• Lead financial consolidation and support forecasting, budgeting, and model development.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation to safeguard performance.
• Provide insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive performance and drive efficiency, standardization, and automation.
