Omnitel is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive events and demand generation across Spain. You will coordinate trade shows in Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia, align with Sales, manage budgets, and adapt materials for the Spanish market. This remote role includes occasional travel within Spain and starts immediately.

You will partner with Sales to generate pipeline, manage campaigns, and ensure localization accuracy for Spanish assets. English proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Field Marketing, Events, or Demand Generation.
• Proven track record managing trade shows, customer events, and marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, suppliers, budgets, and deadlines.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams to support pipeline growth and lead generation.
• Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
• Strong content review and localization skills, ensuring marketing materials are effective and culturally relevant for the Spanish market.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel within Spain as required for events.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate trade shows, local events and open houses in Vitoria, Barcelona and Madrid from start to finish, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Work with Sales to select relevant machines and demos; coordinate booth builders, event organisers, catering and other suppliers.
• Coordinate demo equipment and parts logistics with Product teams and adapt promotional materials for Spain.
• Partner with Spanish Sales and Marketing Operations on webinars, registration pages, invitations, promotional materials and follow-up.
• Attend an approximately one-hour weekly coordination meeting on pipeline priorities, campaign performance and upcoming activities.
• Serve as the main marketing coordination point for the Spanish sales organisation.
• Review and approve Spanish web pages, landing pages, brochures, emails, newsletters, ads, press releases and other assets before publication.
• Apply native-language and commercial judgement to AI-translated materials so they are effective in Spain.
• Provide a monthly overview of activities delivered, spend and pipeline sourced.
