Greystar is seeking a Senior Data & AI Analyst to enhance data reporting and analytics across Spain, with later support for additional markets. You will generate insights to improve NOI, occupancy, and customer satisfaction, and champion AI-driven reporting across the Data & Analytics function.

Formación

• Data & analytics expert who turns complex data into business insight.
• Skilled in Power BI, SQL, Python and modern data platforms; builds scalable reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop consistent, accurate KPIs and reports for stakeholders using AI-assisted tools.
• Support Spain Operational Management with financial and data analysis activities.
• Deliver data and analytics reporting to internal and external needs, including leasing and occupancy trends.
• Assist regional managers and cross-functional teams with data requests and issue resolution.
• Act as SME for AI, driving adoption of AI tools and simple AI-powered solutions like reporting assistants.
• Collaborate with IT/Systems to ensure data availability and systems optimization.
