Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Development Associate to contribute to investment analysis and development management across Spain, including Madrid. You will work on financial modelling, market research, feasibility studies, and reporting to senior management.

You will support planning, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination to deliver residential development projects in line with Greystar's standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or STEM.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Expert MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Spain planning system and construction procurement is desirable.
• Experience in real estate investment, development, or related finance.

Responsabilidades

• Financial Analysis & Investment: conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Development & Project Support: assist planning approvals, budgeting, cost documentation, and monitoring of project plans and schedules.
• Reporting & Presentations: prepare investment papers, market reports, and internal presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Market Research & Strategy: conduct market research and analyze trends in residential real estate in Spain.
